Abandoned Slum Apartment Complex Discovered In North Lubbock

  This is an abandoned slum apartment complex on Baylor St. in an industrial zoned section just north of Clovis Road. It looked as though there were several cars there like it could still have a few residents. The picture is from entrance to manager's office. I saw no human activity when taking this picture.
