  Rick Perry has added abortion restrictions and funding for roads to the current special session. Perry wants to float 100-year road bonds if the bonds can pass a constitutional amendment vote in November. Texas voters have already voted for "too many" bond issues thus eliminating our "pay as you go" motto for state government. Perry is a "warmed over" democrat known as RINO and his ideas for financing "big government" are nothing more than "deeper debt".
