City Gives Over $350,000 To Terminated City Manager

  City taxpayers will lose $350,000 after the city council approved a severance package for Lee Ann Dumbauld. This is another example of poor management of taxpayer resources. City should never sign another severance package with any employee,no future city worker could ever be that important.
