Lubbock and a "phony disaster"

  Lubbock's "Country Club" Mayor and "UN" County Judge have officially declared Lubbock a "disaster area" in a bogus attempt to get state and federal funds to avoid spending the "ill gotten" tax surpluses at city hall and commissioners court. Lubbock governments are "rolling in dough" with higher sales tax revenues as well as bloated property taxbill revenue. The federal government needs it's disaster money for tornadoes and hurricanes. Local government bozos like "Country Club" and "UN" should quit grandstanding and clean up Lubbock with local tax dollars they bilked out of local taxpayers.
