Another "gunlover" has been arrested as lawlessness becomes the norm. This guy took two hostages in his alley and the victims called the police. The "rifleman" was disarmed and arrested. He doesn't look anything like Chuck Connors other than he is caucasian.

He's only accused but there is substantial evidence like three witnesses including a cop!!
