City could be evicted from strip mall with 90 day notice!

  City of Lubbock has already been evicted from Lowe's earlier this year. It now appears Circuit City parent company may be able to evict city library from it's center across from the mall on Slide Road. Lubbock government is so unstable it appears landlords are not interested in their business.
