Charles Ward is involved in the IHateLP&L movement. Mr.Ward is nothing more than a "longhair" with a big mouth. Mr.Ward has even took to spreading untruth about this editor claiming I was arrested for a "terrorist threat" to city hall. Mr.Ward is not to be taken seriously and should be shunned. Mr.Ward is another "big mouth" cut from the same cloth as James Clark. Mr.Ward claims that many people had their electric bills "double" for same amount of usage but couldn't produce any documentation. It's believed the "doubled" electric bills were because usage doubled. Mr.Ward appears to be a "gadfly" and creature of Facebook. This editor spied on IHateLP&L before discovering they were "bogus complainers" and possibly "off-the-wall" republicans.
